A Baltimore native, educated at Loyola College (University) and University of Baltimore.  Adjunct faculty for BCCC and University of Maryland system.  Past President of Baltimore Real Estate Investors Association.  Principal of Stonegate Title Co. and Ocean Point Associates (a 1031 Qualified Intermediary). A member of the Maryland Bar speakers bureau. Along with his wife, Bob runs a full professional services firm supporting the real estate investment needs of his clients.
