Retired NY State Department of Motor Vehicles Administrative Law Judge with over a quarter of a century of experence in traffic and licensing cases. I have handled thousands of traffic tickets, chemical test refusal, fatal accident, and repair shop hearings. Since the NYState Dpartment of Motor Vehicles has changed its relicensing procedutes in 2012,  I handle cases invovling  NY DMV relicensure issues,  up to and including appeals of the denial of NY license privileges.
