I HAD AN ORDER OF REMOVAL. NO OTHER LAWYER WOULD TAKE MY CASE. I WAS REFERRED TO MR. HARB THROUGH A FAMILY MEMBER WHO WAS REPRESENTED BY MR. HARB ON A CRIMINAL CASE. MR HARB WAS ABLE TO REOPEN MY CASE. I WAS THEN ABLE TO GET MY GREEN CARD AND MY CITICENSHIP.WHLE REPRESENTED BY HIS OFFICE. I HAVE SINCE REFERRED AT LEAST 3 CLIENTS TO HIM WHO ARE ALL SATISFIED. I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO TRAVEL TO PAKISTAN TO VISIT MY ILL MOTHER AND I OWE IT ALL TO MR. HARB. HIS FEES ARE REASONABLE AND QUITE FRANKLY THE ONLY OTHER LAWYER THAT CONSIDERED TAKING MY CASE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ALMOST DOUBLE WHAT MR. HARB ENDED UP CHARGING ME. THE ONLY BAD THING ABOUT MR. HARB IS THAT HE IS SO BUSY AND IT USUALLY TAKES A FEW DAYS FOR AN APPOINTMENT. THAT WAS NOT A PROBLEM FOR ME BECAUSE HE ALWAYS CALLS BACK AND I FOUND HIM VERY ACCESSIBLE THROUGH EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGING. A GREAT LAWYER (NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD SAY THAT ABOUT A LAWYER AFTER MY BAD EXPERIENCES BEFORE)

My journey to becoming a permanent resident has been a very stressful one but after I hired Rifat, he laid everything out for me clearly and was available at any time (even holidays) and always made sure I was on top of what I needed to do. He treated me like family and guided me not only through this case but also gave me a lot of life advice. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of any other immigration-related matter. I am very happy and can never forget you.

I honestly walked into Rifat's office hoping he was different from other lawyers. Unfortunately, the only difference is that he is really REALLY expensive. Other lawyers request half of what he requests. I wouldn't mind giving him so much money if he went above and beyond to help his clients. He was also very confusing, I never knew what was going on with the case.I realized that after a certain amount of time, he just was not involved. He did not update me with anything unless I am the one asking questions. Everything seemed so rushed. He didn't go out of his way for his clients. If they are being held in jail he dosent go visit them to keep them updated. On top of all this nothing was done with 100% effort. I decided to go to another lawyer who charged me less than half.

All he cares about is money! He doesn't get anything done either. Do not hire him. I wouldn't mind paying so much if I actually saw progress. He just keeps asking for more and more money, no progress at all. Wish I never hired him.
