She helped us to covered our original hired attorney spot on the day we went for an interview and we got it,my husband got approved right away next day a very special thanks to you Caitlin you helped us Caitlin were so professional we saw on day we had an interview and very polite and easy to understand person anyone we need an immigration assistance we highly recommend her and their team they are the best law firm all around in USA.
I came to Caitlin about a year ago when she worked at another law firm in New Jersey. I retained her to file immigrant visa documents for my foreign spouse. Unlike other attorneys I had contacted, Caitlin not only take on the task with pride and professionalism, but she made me feel quite at home. She made herself available and in fact called to remind to send documents that I had overlooked. Then Caitlin left that law firm and moved to the current one in Philadelphia. Straightaway she let me know that I could continue with her previous law firm or transfer my case with her at her current one. She said I either way, I was under no obligation. I made a decision to stay with Caitlin even when it meant I have to travel across Stateline versus staying with her previous law firm which was just a stone throw from. Caitlin picked up right where we left off. She successful obtained NVC approval for spouse and successful had her case transfered to the US embassy in Sierra Leone which made things a lot easier. When the pandemic and all international travel was restricted. My spouses prospects of joining me hung in the balance. Caitlin's encouraging words kept me mentally sane. Her engagement with the case did not end. She wrote letters to the NVC and US embassy to expedite my spouses visa. I must say this to make a sharp contrast between Caitlin and other attorneys that some friends of mine are working. While Caitlin used her knowledge of immigration law even the pandemic to get my wife's visa issued, some of my friends told me their lawyers basically told them nothing could be done. I personally know a close relative whose wife applied for an immigrant visa way before my wife. They are still waiting. Caitlin's letter to the embassy, letting them know the travel ban did not include spouses of US citizens made the embassy issue my spouse the visa. Caitlin Costello Faye is a star immigration attorney.
Caitlin is a great lawyer, she is available, confident and always try to go very deep into any details on a case. I will always recommend her.
