Mr. Niemeier and his firm provided me amazingly dedicated, professional, and persistent legal representation, resulting in the best outcome that I could have hoped for. Based on my surprisingly favorable outcome, after having to delay my compliance on numerous occasions, it is evidenct that he and his firm have great contacts and respect in the courthouse and in the community. Highly recommended.

I found it very easy to talk to Rick. As a matter of fact I was in his office today and everything went great. Easy to work with and knew what needed to be done and wasn't hesitant at all to do what needed to be done. I am confident he will do the right thing and I will certainly win my case with just about all I want and need. Thank you Rick!!!!

He does not communicate with his clients instead he gets his secretary/legal aid to do the talking. Then when he does talk he tells you one thing then he changes his mind and his secretary tells you that the defendants are going to do another and something you had told Rick you did not want and you want to know why it changed all of a sudden and so you want to speak with him about it & he has his secretary tell you he will be able to talk to you in two weeks and at that point if you were not anrgy enough now you are furious and said that he was a giant smurf to the secretary then he withdraws from the case without ever talking to his client face to face to see what the client really said and what their problem might be. even when the client e-mails him an appology and this was a contingency fee case and told me not to worry about cost because he does not get paid unless I win so he never discuseed cost with me, or who he hired or what he did because he was putting the money out and when he withdrew he acted like we were friends there was no problems but he still wanted to withdraw because I called him a smurf he felt we could not work together and the Judge embarrassed him by having me explain what a smurf was that it was not a bad thing but granted his withdrawal one month before my trail but the Judge was super and said that I needed to attain an attorney and then the case would continue. The only problem is that the Mediator and the new attorney told me that rick screwed up my case and did a terrible job on the depositions which he never went over with me or gave me a copy and He never told me that he got an investigator and what he found out or the photos he got. I was told nothing. Now he is sueing me for $6,018 when I signed a contingency fee agreement with him inwhich he withdrew from the case. He spent his firms money without going over any thing with me or if I wanted to spend that money and If the client is going to have to pay him back then you should be advised as to what is going on but nothing he did helped my case because I am still stuck with a house that I pay$1400 dollars a month for and can not live in because itis full of mold and I am barely holding on without filing bankruptcy.
