In 2010 the City and County of Denver tried to force me into retirement despite 18 years of excellent reviews and two 5280 awards...the highest award the Mayor can bestow....only because I was eligible for retirement. Rick did an excellent job in court and proved that the City violated their own CSA rules that require seniority to be honored in a layoff situation. I got back my job and have worked another 7 years so far and got back pay for the year I was unemployed. Rick did a great job for me and I would recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.
