Attorney Margarita helped me with 2 traffic issues. We had multiple changes of dates and times. He kept me informed, explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was on track thru the whole process. I would recommend Attorney Margarita!
The first attorney I had call wish me good luck after what fine and license suspension to be expected on my speeding ticket of over 100 mph. Richard had a plan on how to approach the court system and manage to have all charges drop and was able to continue to keep my job. Thanks again for your help.........
I had a speeding ticket recently resolved thanks to the tireless efforts of Mr. Margarita. He had the perfect advice and recommendations for obtaining the most favorable outcome. With a speed reduction of 15+mph and consequently decreased fine amount, the results show. He is very direct and no-nonsense, which makes him easy to work with. Suffice to say that with his knowledge, straightforwardness, and on top of that a tireless determination, Mr. Margarita is the man to go to when you want a job done right.
Retained Margarita to represent me on a Red Light photo ticket case because of his extensive superior experience in traffic law in general. Thanks to his excellent discovery request he succeeded in having the case thrown out because full discovery wasn't provided as required by the evidence code.
This is my first experience with a Criminal Defense Attorney. I was very impressed with him from my first phone call through the disposition of the case. He came to our home on a Sunday, took pictures, asked many questions and within a couple of days had response letters ready for our signatures and was able to get the case dismissed. He sent by Fed Ex a complete indexed binder complete with pictures, etc. I highly recommend Richard Margarita. He has so much experience, having worked for both the Sheriff's Dept. and the District Attorney's Office.
Richard "Dick" Margarita has been a huge asset in my legal issues and has continued to be of consistent support for me. He has taken on challenging legal issues and is not afraid to fight for my defense. I have recommended him to a friend who was having issues in the work place due due legal issues, and he successfully assisted her and made sure she kept her employment, with great result. I trust him fully with all my legal issues.
