Richard has appeared before me several times in the Phoenix Municipal Court when I am sitting as a Judge pro tem. He is extremely knowledgeable in the law and always represents his clients in very professional manner and has an excellent record for winning his case.

Mr. Zielinski was Amazing! When he took my criminal case he made sure I understood my charges clearly, Then he walked me through how it would go down in the court room so I would feel confident in front of the Judge & the officer on the stand. I foolishly managed to get myself a DUI and having never been on trouble with the law before was very concerned as to what my next move would be, "Rich" (as he insisted I call him) was recommended to me by a mutual friend and made me feel at ease from our very first meeting. He informed me of the process I was about to experience in a manner that made it easy to understand and without all the legal jargon you would expect from an attorney, and it went almost exactly the way he said it was going to.
