Mr Richard has been a good friend to me and I guess my main reason for going to him originally was his firm's flexibility. After I considered a couple of attorneys, I chose to work with his office because they were incredible to work with. They were responsive, helpful, and I guess it's not surprise that I'm low on cash, so I needed someone who could work with me on payment. In fact, I talked to one attorney in a city that is actually closer to where I live and I asked if they could possibly handle an evening appointment... I said, could you do a 5:30 appointment? The lawyer's response floored me. He said "well, I'm gone at 5:00..." He was just so "take it or leave it" as if to say to me "why should I meet you at 5:30 if I take off at 5??" Richard and his team were not like that. They worked with my work schedule. They called me back, they would even text with me when I wasn't available to talk. My end result was that I was able to get rid of my card debt from my ex-wife. Heck they even helped facilitate my car being dealt with that had been stolen by my ex... I know my wife thinks we probably shouldn't have actually bought that home in the first place, being so young. But at this point, our kids have grown up here, love our house, and would never want to just move out of it, and leave all our good friends here. We have gotten rid of our credit cards, and our medical debt is now behind us, and we're even now building our emergency fund just like Mr. Weaver has been helping and teaching us how to do.
