He is very straight forward and will guide you what is legally possible and makes sure that your case gets approved he has not done anything for my case to be objectionable. We was clients of this so called lawyer. This individual simply doesn't care about you, about his responsibilities and about your case. He never done a thing on our case, never answered a phone call and eventually, declined to do his job when I decided to change a lawyer, because of his unprofessional rude attitude. I waste $1000 with this guy. Could be worse. AVOID!!!!

Richard Trais is the worst lawyer. he doesn't respect his clients, never willing to explain, he has a rude attitude. this lawyer forgets everything. To be honest. i don't know how his employees are handling him. i would NOT recommend him. he takes so much time to answer his clients. when he's talking to you he puts you on the speaker.. I don't think that's privacy.
