Richard is a trial attorney at Tennyson Law Firm in Brockton, Massachusetts, specializing in tort litigation.  Since beginning at Tennyson Law Firm in 2013, he has tried personal injury cases, breach of contract cases, and cases whose bases were violations of the Massachusetts consumer protection statute to Superior Court juries.  He believes in a hands on approach, and personally handles all aspects of his clients' cases from input to resolution.  Before trying his cases to juries, Richard utilizes jury focus groups through The Civil Justice Project, which runs directly out of Tennyson Law Firm, in order to be fully prepared for the different twists and turns that live courtroom testimony inevitably produces.  Along with general tort litigation, Richard represents clients with a broad range of legal issues and interests including employment discrimination, claims for workers' compensation, claims for social security, and will drafting/estate planning.  Richard L. Tennyson earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts and his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2013. He is a proud member of both the American Association for Justice and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
