About
RICHARD S. STOLKER, Esquire is a graduate of Dickinson College, where he majored in economics and history, and of Temple University School of Law, where he was elected to the Temple Law Quarterly and graduated with honors. He is in the private practice of law in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. In addition to the state courts, he is a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court, Court of Military Appeals, United States District and Bankruptcy Courts, and Circuit Courts of Appeals. Mr. Stolker maintains his law practice at 110 North Washington Street, Rockville, Maryland. He is active in the Maryland State Bar Association, Bar Association of Montgomery County, District of Columbia Bar, and Virginia State Bar. A past President of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of Maryland for Southern Maryland and an active member of the Northern Virginia Bankruptcy Bar Association, Mr. Stolker presently is Secretary of the Maryland State Bar Association's Consumer Bankruptcy Council. Mr. Stolker has served on the Rockville Economic Advisory Council and the Montgomery County Business Advisory Group. A former adjunct faculty member of the George Mason University School of Law, and a current faculty member of the University of Phoenix, he frequently lectures on business law, bankruptcy, wills and estates.
