I have been calling since a year for my personal injury case status update and every time I call they write down my number telling me to expect a call back but no one ever return a call. I am very frustrated and not even sure if I will get fair deal with them or not. I recommend not to use them at all. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.

I've been told they called [ I have caller id & voice mail] never got a call. when I call them back, they are very very rude & it seems like 2 me they don't want 2 be bothered. I told them they don't have great reviews, they really could care less. I think I made a HUGE MISTAKE USING THIS FIRM [ some one told me about them]
