You are informed after filing a law office will monitor your credit and any violations from creditors. It is implied that you will be reimbursed for those violations. Although one one my creditors was found in violation my $1,500. compensation only resulted in a $350. payment because yet ANOTHER attorney had to get paid. Although I was please with Mr. Reister his fees are way too high and unjustified.
