A partner in the Dallas-based Family Law firm of McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing L.L.P, Richard handles cases across Texas, including in San Antonio, Dallas, Houston, Austin, El Paso, and Corpus Christi, as well as appeals to Texas courts of appeals and the Texas Supreme Court. In its Go-To Guide, Texas Lawyer newspaper named Richard the top Family Lawyer in Texas in 2007, and among the state’s top five Family Lawyers in 2002 and 2012. Richard has been honored among all Texas lawyers as one of the state's Top 10 attorneys by Texas Super Lawyers, Thomson Reuters Legal Division, four times, 2009, 2010, 2012 and 2013.
