I may have driven through an extended school bus stop arm which was extended as I passed the bus. Much the same thing happened to my wife a year earlier! I'm not a scofflaw and have had little experience with police and the courts. I was worried and expected an immanent call from the police. On a referral from a friend of mine my wife had called Attny. Ohlenberg. Now I needed him. He explained to me that usually police don't know what has happened, it is their job to find out. He suggested what I might say if they did call and to call him regardless in a few days. That allayed some of my worry. I did call him again after a few days and he said since I had not received "the call," it was unlikely I would, which pretty much relieved all my worry. His experience and confidence were of great help to me. He was also genuinely interested in and we talked about my and my wife's travel plans, past and future to the Scandinavian countries. To conclude, when one is out their depth seek experienced and genuinely concerned council as I found Richard Ohlenberg to be.

A friend referred me to Rich for a DUI situation. It was an extremely stressful experience to find myself in, and Rich helped guide me through the process in a very competent, helpful, and non-judgemental way. I always understood both my options as well as potential consequences. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
