Colby Larson’s practice is concentrated on real estate and business transactions.  He represents homebuilders, developers, real estate investors, borrowers and lenders in various stages of purchase and sale transactions, secured financing transactions and business transactions.  Colby’s experience includes all aspects related to real estate acquisitions and development, including preparing purchase and sale agreements, option agreements, leases, joint development agreements, easements, loan documents and corporate documents.  Colby also has experience with the formation of condominium associations and homeowners associations, together with the creation of community governance documents.Prior to joining Zwillinger Greek Knecht & Gibson PC, Colby worked as a real estate associate at the Phoenix office of Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP.  Colby also served as a legal intern at one of the nation’s largest providers of title insurance and escrow services, where he drafted research memoranda, complaints and motions related to title disputes.
