Initially Richard seemed responsive and showed compassion and interest in my case. Unfortunately, after some time he showed less and less interest and became unresponsive to calls and emails. I was left in the dark, not aware of past or current developments in my case in a timely manner. Agreements to file documents and to get things done were not happening, even after several reminders.

Non responsive and wildly expensive. He confused my case with another while in court and the judge had to correct him. Needless to say, the outcome was not at all what I had hoped. Through this process, I would reach out to Kronk numerous times and had severe delays in response if any at all. I though, ‘he’s a partner at this firm, I’m sure he’s got this in the bag.
