Although i never get a chance to meet Mr Richard Harris, all i can say is that from beginning to the end all i received from his law firm was outstanding service. December of 2014 when i first came to his office to seek professional help due to a auto accident that involves a driver driving under the influence that swerved in front of my car that resulted a collisions. My experienced with his team of professionals was highly recommended.
My wife was in a horrible car accident, we went to the Richard Harris Law based on the recommendation of a close friend. The staff was great, our case manager contacted us and helped us out every step of the way. My wife went through surgery and they helped us be as comfortable as they could with the whole process. I would highly recommend them. They do truly care about the clients they have.
After a devastating car accident this firm put my life back together. They were there for me emotionally when I needed it most, physically they helped me through the healing process, and financialy they got the max settlement in record time!!I would not hesitate to recommend the Richard Harris law firm to anyone who needs a good, honest and talented law firm.
I have gone through 3 attorneys for my injury case, all were nasty and did nothing for my case. So I tried Richard Harris and boy am I happy I did. His firm is the nicest people I have ment. He kepts in touch with me about my case. I cant belive there is a attorney that is this nice and great.
My social security disability claim was handled very well. I really appreciated that I was escorted to every room and not just pointed to, and told I’ll be there in a minute. It showed me that Mr. Harris was taught refined manners when he was a child. I also appreciate his commercials. They are very simple, and in good taste, with very little background noise, and he always shows the person in the commercials equal time, it’s not just all about him. Your candy jar is GREAT. Put some suger free Hershey’s and Reese’s products in it. Thanks.
I contacted and hired the Richard Harris Firm in 2016. Although I never got to meet or speak with Mr. Harris personally, I was assigned to one of the attorneys in his employ. My case took over 2 1/2 years to settle with a VIDEO of the accident on our side. There was no argument about culpability. The offending party readily admitted their responsibility for the accident. There was medical evidence of claimed injury. Yet, I was put on hold for months at a time and I really felt that I was ignored and left to twist in the wind. My lawyer was AWOL for much of the time up to nearly three months at a time. She claimed she had medical problems. I found out at the end of the ordeal that she had evidently been planning a wedding which no doubt took most of her time and effort. I was never told that her name had changed and did not recognize whom I was communicating with at one point. If it had not been for her paralegal, Nicole, I would never have known what the heck was going on. The topper is that now, a month after our settlement, she is now longer with Richard Harris Law. I think I know, now, why I was rushed to sign and get it done after what was an interminable amount of time waiting for some sort of resolution. This should have been a slam-dunk and finished in six months at most. No lawyer could have had more tools to work with than mine had. Security camera footage eliminated any "he said/she said." Yet, 31 months later, we settled for a minimal amount. She told me that there was no value in going before a jury and seemed to be on a very "fast forward" timetable. And, for this I had to pay Harris Law 40% of what I got. They should have waved their fee as an apology... I read reviews that this law firm was great in auto and catastrophic injury cases. I can't speak to those cases. But I was not impressed in the least at how they handled my case. I think I really received short shrift.... IMO
