Over 20 years experience in litigating Criminal Cases in Ohio as a former Hamilton County Assistant Prosecutor and as Criminal Defense Trial Counsel.I attended Xavier University, majoring in Communications.  I graduated from Xavier in 1992.  I then attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law from 1993-1996.  I passed the State of Ohio Bar examination in 1996 and have focused my career in practicing criminal law.  I have the rare experience of practicing criminal law from "both sides".  I was a Prosecutor in the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office from 1998-2007.  As a Prosecutor, I handled thousands of cases in Juvenile, Municipal, and Common Pleas Courts.   During this time I developed strong litigation skills, as well as strong relationships with Judges, Court Personnel, and Police Officers.  As a Defense Attorney, I have used my skills to obtain the best results for all of my clients, either through the plea bargaining process, or through litigation.  I have tried hundreds of cases for my clients' defense and pride myself on providing excellent representation.
