In the past two years Richard has represented corporate directors in the Delaware Chancery Court in a corporate control dispute, a physician suing in federal court for securities fraud, a software engineering firm suing on a contract in federal court in Maryland, a company in development defending a contract action in federal court in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a lawyer suing his investment adviser for breach of fiduciary duty in the Suffolk County Business Litigation Session, a Delaware corporation suing former directors to void over 2 Million shares in the Suffolk County Business Litigation Session and an entrepreneur suing for copyright infringement and defamation in federal court.
