Worked with this attorney for an expedited guardianship filing for my mother. Was told first it should take 5 days, then 10 days once certain forms were received. 7 weeks go by with requests for an update via email and voicemail going unanswered. Once contacted, was told the form he was waiting on was just received the day before. Had our family known he was waiting on a form, we would have worked to have her Doctor complete the form more timely. When someone hires you to expedite a process, they expect that you actually do something to expedite the process proactively. Not wait 6 weeks for a form with no update to the family (even after updates are requested multiple times). This encounter was nothing but a waste of time at my mothers expense.
