The majority of my practice is focused on Estate Planning which includes Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Elder Law and Probate. A very small percentage of my practice deals with consumer bankruptcy and Corporate Law, including LLC formation, S-Corporation formation and Contract review.  I have over 21 years of experience as a lawyer.  I understand meeting with a lawyer can be a very tense and intimidating time in your life so I make the process very easy for you.  You can either call me or e-mail me to set up an appointment.  I offer evening, weekend and phone appointments.  I will take the time to answer your questions and address your concerns.
