For more than 15 years, I have been advising clients in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut and Rhode Island on the following legal issues:LANDLORD-TENANT LAW: I have prosecuted and defended hundreds of eviction actions actions involving claims based upon express leases, tenancies-at-will, breaches of the warranty of habitability, breaches of the warranty of quiet enjoyment, security deposit law, lead paint law, wrongful foreclosure, compliance with G.L. c. 186A, challenges to title and the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act a/k/a Chapter 93A. DEFAULT SERVICING. I represent several national loan servicers in the state and federal courts of New England, including the Bankruptcy Courts, regarding defaulted mortgages.  I have defended dozens of civil actions seeking to enjoin foreclosure sales.  I specialize in condominium lien actions, receivership actions, consumer protection act letters and representing the interests of secured creditors in the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts.
