Richard Cruz, a native of Phoenix, Arizona, earned  a B.A. degree with honors in 1995 from the University of California, Irvine. Mr. Cruz earned his J.D. from the Arizona State University School of Law. His law education included trips abroad to Cambridge, England and Geneva, Switzerland. During the pursuit of his educational credentials, Mr. Cruz worked as a clerk for the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona, which set the foundation for his valuable trial skills. In 2003, Mr. Cruz obtained his J.D. from the Arizona State University School of Law. Mr. Cruz continued to enhance his trial skills by successfully completing the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy program offered by The State Bar of Arizona. With over nine years of legal experience, and admittance to the Arizona Supreme Court, the United States District Court, District of Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit in 2004, Mr. Cruz demonstrates the same knowledge and analytical skills usually witnessed from attorneys with longer tenures.
