I was introduced to Laurie through my wife’s firm. From the get go she was very professional, pleasant and to the point. After reviewing my case and status, she presented me with phenomenal avenues that no other attorneys in Boston, NYC or Texas (I tried at least 10 big name firms) came up with. I am glad that to have found Laurie and her team to help me with my immigration issue. I would recommend anyone and everyone in the Greater Boston area to either consult or hire Laurie as their attorney for any Business Immigration related matter. Laurie, I would like to personally thank you for your support and expertise during my case, hope to use your help in near future again:)
Laurie and her team guided me in the long and sometimes painful process in a professional, friendly and sound way. I ran into a hiccup at the end with a medical form and I am confident that if I had not had Laurie as my attorney, the process would have been delayed. Instead, because of Laurie’s resourcefulness, we did not have any impact. Laurie is 5 stars!
My husband and I hired Laurie to file his green card paperwork in 2016. We were highly impressed with her level of professionalism, knowledge of the immigration process, and attention to detail. We worked with both Laurie, and her associate, Kate. Both responded to any/all questions within hours (if not minutes) of us asking. Laurie charged a flat rate that included the filing, any/all communication (emails, phone calls, meetings), and came with us to the immigration interview. Had we not had her assistance, I don't think the process would have been nearly as seamless as it was. In today's political climate, I think it is very important to work with an immigration attorney that you can trust and one who is well-versed in the law and immigration processes. We would absolutely work with Laurie again, and recommend her services.
First of all, there was no communication when there was a denial in my labor (my HR may also hold equal responsibility). Later, mistakes were made and when attempt was made to correct, a big EGO, instead of correcting mistakes suggested to change the attorney in middle of labor process. Always discouraged for PERM, IMO, not up-to-date immigration updates. We knew more than her and when we tried to discuss with her, again EGO came in a way. We are still thankful for her final advice of changing a lawyer. We followed her advice and got our GC in 5 years vs labor was not cleared in 6 years. If you have to use Richard Costas office, JUST avoid Laurie Riccio.
