One of the firm's principal trial attorneys, I have tried cases in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Georgia. Practice concentrates on civil litigation and the defense of products liability, transportation, officers and directors, professional liability, negligence and insurance coverage matters in New England.  I serve as trial counsel for Ford, Mercedes-Benz, Tyco, Allied Waste, and other major corporations. He is also trial counsel for a variety of insurers, including Chartis, Chubb, AON, CNA and Great American.
