Considering how many clients he has, I cannot complain about his response time, because he is constantly on the move. However he always responds quickly when time is of the essence and he is always punctual for court. I walked to my court as a blind person because I didn't have enough information from my lawyer neither his assistant. When we call office trying to talk to Mr.Richard(almost everyday because they don't update us), MARINALVA says that he is never available to talk to his clients even though I have paid thousands of dollars. In addition, she laughs of his clients and tell them to keep trying calling Mr.Richard. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!!!
