As a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and Intellectual Property Practice Group, David’s practice focuses on all facets of intellectual property litigation, procurement and counseling. David has extensive experience litigating patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret disputes in federal and state courts and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, as well as drafting and negotiating intellectual property and technology licenses, acquisitions and divestitures.
