The primary objective of the Law Offices of Ricardo J. Mauro, P.C., is Client Satisfaction to its most sincere and deepest degree. We are not a huge law office but rather a law office boutique. I personally handle every case and return every call. I pride myself in tenacious representation with legal competency, while always being cognizant in keeping our clients well informed in regard to the status of their cases. During the week I strenuously attempt to return all calls by 9:00 p.m. because my clients' questions are very important. We do not operate our office on volume. Our business model focuses on selected cases with a high degree of personal attention and effort. You will never be a number, and every client has “VIP” status. I truly live vicariously through my clients' satisfaction. We take our client services very seriously. In an attempt to increase our availability, our office is open for appointments between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Additionally, our office is open Saturday mornings 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., by appointment. All messages received by our answering system are retrieved and returned within 24-hours, providing you access to our services at any time, including the weekends. We are determined to provide you with competent and strategic legal representation to seriously enforce and protect your legal rights. We take great pride in providing our clients with frequent updates on the developments of their cases. We do that through constant communication and availability. We strive to satisfy all of our clients.

We have had Ricardo Mauro as a lawyer since we first closed on our house in 2008. Due to his friendly and knowledgeable demeanor and his office assistant Sarah we have worked with him several times since. He really cares about people and their situations and is not all about the dollar. He has given us valuable advice for free when we needed it on a few occasions as well. Thank you Rick and team! Where do I begin? My experience with Mr. Mauro began by dealing with Sara, his paralegal. What a peach she is!!! She made me feel right at ease in dealing with my speeding ticket I got while on a vacation to Old Forge. I am a commercial driver so I could not afford to have points on my record. I did a search and found him on line. Not knowing who you are calling when you live in Virginia and having to deal with the legal system in NY can be daunting to say the least but Sara was so easy and confident in who she was and how she handled everything. So professional but yet caring. One hopes they never need legal assistance again but if the need arises...well.... I will just get to talk to Sara again ;>) Oh yes and by the way....no points on my record and a mild fine was the settlement of my heavy foot. Thanks Ricardo.
Hired Mr. Mauro to reverse a traffic ticket that I plead guilty to. The penalty of the ticket includes suspending my drivers license for a year, but really glad I hired the right person.
I hired him to represent me on three different speeding tickets that I got. Oneida County, Herkimer County and Otsego County. I ended up with great results with got zero points on all three ticket. My sister hired him on two of her tickets and a real estate closing and she absolutely loved him. He is very honest and fights for his clients. My parents also hired him to do their Will, Power of Attorney and Health Care Proxy. I would consider him my family attorney.
He did my closing and kept us informed at all times. Very conscientious. He even met us on the weekend since it was difficult during the week for us.
