About
I am a staunch advocate for men's rights. Often men do not understand the legal system, the process, their rights or their obligations. Men are at a distinct disadvantage because more often than not, men are isolated and do not have a support group of friends that they can rely upon to help coach them through their divorce or custody mattter. I understand the uncertainty and frustration that men experience when going through divorce and custody proceedings. I strive to protect men and guide them through the complex legal maze so they can obtain the best possible result.

Mr Wyatt gave me sound advice via a phone consultation he agreed to discount due to my extreme financial hardship situation. I deeply appreciated his willingness to speak to me as well as convey to me different areas in my situation that were lacking or in need of change. I deeply appreciated that his spoke to me with a very down to earth manner and made me feel like I was talking to a human being and not a "lawyer."
Mitch and his law partner (Rhonda Butterfield) have provided me expert legal advice and representation from mediation on. I highly recommend either of them to anyone unfortunate enough to be going through a divorce. Divorce is messy enough without having to worry about the legal and court side of the business. Both partners are a pleasure to work with and deliver what they say they will when they say they will. They give advice and a reason why following that advice is the proper course of action - which I found extremely helpful, as I wanted to understand why we were doing certain things in a certain manner. I came to Mitch after being very unhappy with my first attorney. I talked to a friend who was going through a bitter, adversarial divorce and he highly recommended Mitch's firm. I called Mitch and in 15 minutes had more of my questions answered than I had from working with the other attorney for months. I fired the other attorney the next day and hired Mitch. And lastly, divorce isn't cheap. But Mitch and his partner are a bargain in my opinion - I NEVER felt like they extended anything for their benefit - in fact quite the opposite - it was obvious many times they saved me billable hours. Professional, sound legal advice and representation at a fair price - if that is what you are after, you are in the right place with Mitch and Rhonda.
I only had a 1.5 hour phone consult, but the time was well worth it. If I pursue the action I will retain Mr. Wyatt for sure. He was insightful, and seemed quite well informed in what is a rather complicated case. William hurt
I have dealt with Mitch Wyatt on several occasions and can vouch for his character and integrity. It appears that his motivation is based on the needs of his clients or those he serves. I trust Mitch.
