About
Rhiannon is an aggressive criminal defense attorney with experience in State and Federal Courts. She devoted her entire law school career, both in the classroom and in the courtroom, to learning criminal defense law. Ms. Mann clerked for a prominent criminal defense attorney during law school, where she assisted with clients, jury trials, and a 10th Circuit Court of Appeals argument. As a third year law student, Ms. Mann was employed at Salt Lake Legal Defenders Association as an appellate clerk where she worked on a wide variety of appellate issues. Rhiannon also interned at Salt Lake Legal Defenders Association where she worked with clients and tried cases under the third year practice rule. Education and ExperienceMs. Mann earned a B.S. in Psychology, a minor in Sociology, and a Criminology and Corrections Certificate from the University of Utah. While at the University of Utah, she served as an intern at the Children’s Justice Center. After completing her undergraduate degree, Ms. Mann earned her Juris Doctorate from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, where she served on the Utah Student Association of Criminal Defense Lawyer’s executive board, was Vice President of the Outlaws, and served as Student Director of the Rainbow Law Clinic. Rhiannon earned a Pro Bono certificate for her service to indigent clients and was awarded the S.J. Quincy College of Law Leadership Scholarship. Since passing the Utah Bar Exam, Ms. Mann has worked on a variety of criminal cases including DUI, domestic violence, drug possession, drug paraphernalia, assault, and homicide. Rhiannon recently assisted on a four-day Federal jury trial and is currently working alongside another attorney on a high profile rape case.
