He does not return phone calls, I never got a copy of our contract to hire him, and he lies about his fees. His charges are $250.00 per hour, but when I finally got the invoice, he charged me over $450.00 per hour. Stay away!!

Rob Waterman is a very poor lawyer and should be eliminated from the bar. He can't keep track of trust accounts, does not bill correctly, is grossly unprepared for hearings and continually gives excuses. Because of his personal issues (which he is more than willing to tell you about), he misses many points. Read some of his depositions and a junior rookie in law school would have done a better job.

Rob Waterman represented he had a lot of experience. He failed to subpoena critical evidence and witnesses, he failed to tell me of a hearing, he was unprepared in court. He kept yelling at me to pay him - it was never enough money - though I paid him over $60K - for no subpoenas (on a real estate issue with a defective paper trail) nor did he subpoena or depose the notary public, nor question a fabricated notary book. Rob Waterman then demanded I give him a power of attorney to sell my home so he could put another $20K in his pocket (though it was only supposed to be $7K). Rob Waterman didn't provide billing, though it was requested. He doesn't return phone calls. Case and trial schedule had to work around his skiing and vacation schedule.
