I spoke with Mr. Smith about DUI. He did not charge me anything for his time to speak; he truly believes in what he does. Defending the client to a hopeful not guilty is more important to him than his fee. The man knows his stuff!

I hired Mr. Smith after I was arrested by a State Trooper for "DUI." I had a medical condition that the Trooper failed to check for. The DA refused to dismiss charges and it proceeded to go to court. Mr. Smith utterly embarrassed the prosecuted and the Trooper. The judge threw out the case when their "facts" didn't measure up. Thank you.

I contacted him for a consultation he was rude I live out of state he is the only lawyer who tried to get me to come in his office after even being told I live in another state this is for a speeding ticket and wanted to know what all the other attorneys are charging that I have spoken with this guy is shady and is not a professional he deserves 0 stars

I found Smith Law Firm on Google, and decided to give the business a call. When I called in, Smith seemed very nonchalant about my issue, and told me the cost of $400. When I called back, ready to pay the $400, I asked him would I receive anything in writing, prior to submitting a $400 payment so that I could be sure what I was paying for. He told me to call someone else to help me. If he can't even document what I'm paying for in order for me to pay, that makes me question the validity of not only the entire practice.
