I was happy with her service, she was very honest with us about our case she wanted my husband to have his fingerprints ran in order to be sure we qualified for a possible positive outcome, before even taking on our case. After the fingerprints cleared she then was able to begin our process and we were quite happy with everything the process took time like expected but she was always willing to explain everything in detail and made sure we were all on the same page.

Regina helped my fathers Naturalization process. I can say enough on how well she handle the complete case and also the interview!! She was ready as soon as we saw the officers she made my father feel confident and after he was approved he felt proud of himself and blessed because she was representing him and more than that she always made him feel confident!! We are so happy and blessed with her!!

Regina handled our case in a very thorough, efficient and steadfast manner. We had to petition for a waiver to abstain from some of the medical requirements for religious reasons and she was able to guide us through that process with ease and without judgment. She kept us informed and made sure we had all of our ducks in a row for every step along the way. In the end, we successfully completed our application and our family is able to stay together. I can't say enough good things about her and we would definitely use her services again and recommend her without reservations.

I cannot say enough good things about Regina. From start to finish, my husband received his permanent resident card in less than a year...and that's with filing a hardship waiver, getting a denial, AND getting it overturned. We could have waited over 2 years for a review of our appeal of the denial, but Regina tackled the issue head-on and got us through the hoops hassle-free. She truly cares about you and it shows in everything she does. If you have all your ducks in a row and keep good personal records, she will make the process as easy for you as possible. She is honest, ethical, aggressive with your case, and a professional at all times. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who is trying to get their permanent resident card. She wil do everything in her power to help you.

Regina recently resolved my wife's immigration issues by getting my wife legal status in the US. Before we consulted with Regina, my wife and I had consulted with several other attorneys, all of whom said we had no case and basically blew us off. This was not the case with Regina. Our initial consultation was very thorough. She took a vastly greater amount of information from us and advised us of our options. Her confidence in our case allowed us to make the decision to proceed. I cannot understate how detrimental this decision could be for my wife and I, as a negative result would require my wife to remain out of the country for at least ten years. It was Regina's confidence in the case and thorough explanation of it that allowed us to move forward. She was at all times supremely professional and kept us informed in such a way that the process was not overwhelming. During the process we encountered multiple delays by the US consulate and Immigration services. Regina showed tremendous tenacity in finding any information about the delays and what could be done to resolve them. The effort she put forth felt like the effort one would put forth for their own family.

My husband and I hired Ms. Jeffries to find out about my case and its status in the immigration system. We gave her the case number and 4 pages of notes on my case. We were told it would be a few months until they would know something. We called after a few months and the office said that it was working on it and to call back in a few months. We called back again in a few months and they said the same thing and to call back in a few months. Then after calling for 3 months in a row my husband asked to speak with Ms. Jeffries. She said that she would find out and call us back. She called back and said that they had not done anything at all with my case. Me and my husband were devastated because we thought we were finally making progress, but to have a lawyer make you wait 8 months to tell you that they messed up is as bad as it can get. Most disappointing and a waste of time.
