His civil practice consists of representing automobile accident victims, workers injured on their jobs, and the estate of those clients who have suffered death due to the negligence of others. Mr. Noble has built a strong reputation in criminal and traffic matters as well, and regularly practices in both State and Federal court. Mr. Noble currently serves more than 700 criminal and traffic clients each year.At The Reed Noble Law Firm, P.L.L.C., “We plot your destination, and navigate your course.”. To do this properly, we never charge our clients a fee for an "initial consultation", on any legal matter. In this way our clients understand the issues facing them, and how our office can help them.At The Reed Noble Law Firm, P.L.L.C., we realize the financial realities of hiring an attorney. This is why we represent personal injury clients on a "contingent fee" basis. This means that if our clients do no not get paid for their injuries, we do not get paid for our efforts on their behalf. As the North Carolina State Bar prohibits a "contingent fee" agreement on criminal and traffic matters, we routinely offer “payment plan” arrangements to our clients to ease any burden that hiring an attorney may present to them and their families.
