charges for leaving a message! charged for EVERY LITTLE SECOND! Even when the lawyer was telling me about his personal experiences, he charged me for him talking to me. I am very very disappointed with them. They never even called me back about the message I left. Seriously, they could not care less about their clients. We used them for an amicable divorce, we got the divorce, and some things did not go as planned, so I called asking what something meant on the divorce agreement and they charged 35.00 because I asked a question about the terms on the divorce papers. I would avoid them. I have worked with other attorneys that would never have charged for a question about the papers. I never received my divorce papers in the mail, so I called them to see where they were, they didn't know, so I asked them to mail them to me via usps signature required, and they sent them out regular mail and they didn't get to me again! They charged us to have them resent, even though it was their fault for not sending the papers with a signature required on them again. We finally found out that they sent my copy to my ex husband! Why would they do that? We didn't live together, but they gave him my divorce papers that I needed. I can't think of anything good to say about them. The receptionist acted like I was putting her out when I called, they are rude at the front desk. You would think they would be nice since we paid them so much
