About
In my experience, too many law firms see client projects as potential hours of billable work, rather than opportunities to identify practical solutions that efficiently resolve the client’s problems and enhance their bottom line. I use my many years of legal training, entrepreneurial experience, and corporate marketing and business development skills to assist my clients in identifying and minimizing risks, maximizing opportunities and accomplishing practical legal solutions to their business problems.I started my first company as an undergrad at Harvard and within three months my products were in dozens of stores across New England. In my early 20’s I tried a number of jobs ranging from Supervisor at a trucking company to crew coach. After studying at the Anderson School of Business Management at UCLA, I had P&L responsibility for a $40 million business as a brand manager for seven years at a major consumer products company. Then, I ran my own marketing consulting company, Blue Sky Resources, for six years. Next, looking for a new intellectual challenge, I earned my JD at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and passed the PA and NJ bar exams in 2008. For more than five years, I trained in a small boutique firm working on complex commercial litigation and significant corporate and transactional projects for the named partners who both had large firm experience and expected the best. My extensive prior business experience combined with my high quality education and legal training allow me to understand my clients' concerns quickly, relate to their priorities, and provide them with practical actionable legal advice that balances reasonable risk with affordable expense to achieve their goals. There is a clear need in the market for a business lawyer that is approachable, experienced at owning and running a business, and able to explain things calmly and clearly. My first hand business experience gives me a distinct viewpoint that you won’t find with most business attorneys. Relationships are very important. I can give better advice when I fully understand your business strategy and goals so I ask lots of questions about business fundamentals, situational details, strategy, and goals. I strive to understand the important connections within and around your business. My holistic approach, providing legal guidance within the context of strategic advice, has helped my clients achieve their goals, saved them money, and increased their profitability.

Working with Rebecca helped us navigate a complicated federal process with ease. She helped us with the IRS system, got to know our organization and helped us complete an application for nonprofit status that we would never have known how to do. She was professional and knowledgeable, always going above and beyond when answering questions or providing information. Thank you so much for helping our organization get off the ground!
Rebecca gave my situation real time and attention. I felt that I could rely on her knowledge and make moves that were within my rights with her at the helm. She was kind, thoughtful, and understanding of any situation that came up. I appreciate her hard work. She’s a great lawyer and you should hire her for all your LLC needs.
