From the moment my partner (now spouse) and I met Rebecca, we knew we had found a competent immigration lawyer with a wonderful and warm personality who would help me get H1B status. We met the first time in her cozy office close to King Street in Alexandria; she greeted us with a warm smile and listened carefully to what we had to say. By then, I had been dealing with US immigration policies for more than five years (during which I got B2 and F1 status), and I felt like an immigration "know-it-all." Rebecca listened for more than hour and a half, never reacted to my moments of snarky presentation, and after I finished she immediately came up with several suggestions on how to proceed with the case. She showed patience, genuine interest, and knowledge. Also, not for a moment did we feel judged for being a same-sex couple. She made us feel completely comfortable. At that first meeting, we knew we could trust her, and we wanted her to handle the process. Over the next couple of months, we got to know Rebecca even better. Regardless of what she was working on (gathering documentation for H1B application, communicating with my employer, double-checking facts, etc.), she demonstrated a great level of care, high tolerance for impatience, and deep understanding of immigration laws and procedures. Rebecca is not afraid to say "I don't know this, let me check," and she meets deadlines. Thanks to her work and dedication, the USCIS approved my H1B status. Given this positive experience, after we got married, Rebecca was our natural choice to handle the green-card application. As with H1B status, while handling our case, Rebecca showed care, professionalism, and actual pride in being part of this historic moment. I got the green card, and Rebecca will help me get citizenship. We couldn't be more grateful for Rebecca's service, friendship, and support. We feel lucky to have her as our lawyer, and we recommend her highly.

I had have the opportunity to have Mrs. Eichler services, and I had a wonderful experience with her. She knows what she is doing, is professional, honest, and humane. Mrs. Eichler, helped my husband, my daughter and me, with our immigration papers. (Work permission, Permanent Residents Card or Green Card, and finally to become citizen) She kept us informed all the time about the case, and gave us copies of every single document immigration sent. Thank you Mrs. Eichler, this country need more Lawyers like you!!

Rebecca Nicole Eichler is the best of the best. She is very trustworthy and her fees are very reasonable. The first time I came in contact with Rebecca was when she managed my ex-wife's immigration applications, from a work permit, to a green card all the way to citizenship. Then she worked her magic when my mother wanted to stop having to apply every ten years for the renewal of a green card and had her go quickly through the citizenship process. A recent ex-girlfriend also benefited from Rebecca's tutelage. In all I have had enough dealings with Rebecca to tell you the following. She is very knowledgeable of the law, and will do what its permitted to take your case to a resolution the quickest way possible. I have no doubts that if you retain her services that you will not regret it. When it comes to this discipline Rebecca is by far the best I have seen to date.

I hired Rebecca to help with my fiance visa, which was approved without a hitch. But I decided to do the adjustment of status myself, in hopes of saving the legal fees. But considering how many forms were involved and how much time I had to put into it, if I had to do it all over again, I would have her handle it for me. If you are a professional and your time is important, you are better off having a diligent attorney like Rebecca handle all the annoying paperwork for you,

I have loved working with Rebecca. She has been more than obliging in answering all my questions. As someone going through the immigration process for the first time (fiance is filing for a K1 visa), I can say it was wonderful to have someone as patient and informative as she was. I never felt burdensome, and she always answered my questions fully and quickly. I would highly recommend Rebeca Eichler.

Rebecca really helped us out with our family-based visa petition. She was incredibly generous with her time and responsive. She always made an effort to find out the correct information and keep us informed about our case if there was a question that she could not answer immediately given our circumstances. All in all, I would trust Rebecca to handle any family-based visa petition. Highly recommended!!

I work for Motorola and have an outstanding Indian employee who has H-1B status. She is going through the PERM process. I found out the process for PERM and was extremely concerned. My employee is an RF Engineer which you can pretty much find anywhere, but you cannot find someone who can do what she does technically, plus provide the verbal and written skills she has to explain extremely complex concepts. Her rapport with her customers is outstanding. Rebecca walked me through the process and what the law states. I now know what to do throughout this process. She is extremely supportive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. I look forward to being there when my employee gets her green card!
