About
While a student at ASU law school, I volunteered with Community Legal Services, assisting clients with tax remediation, and access to justice issues including evictions. I've also volunteered as a CASA, court appointed special advocate, in Maricopa county in the past, allowing me to gain experience with the CPS system, juvenile courts, and family court systems while helping my assigned foster child through the process. Becoming a lawyer was a life long dream. Prior to completing my lawyer credentuals, and during, I worked for over twenty years in multiple industries, including airline, insurance, and health care as a financial analyst and accounting manager. I was also a very active Red Cross volunteer for local disasters in the Phoenix area until I started law school. I currently participate in the Modest Means program at the AZ state bar, and I volunteer with several organizations to provide free assistance including DACA and rights restoration.

Ms Dewitt filed eviction papers, was present when they were served, rescued dogs that were involved, followed through to removal and even secured the home afterwards. She went above and beyond to do everything she could to help me, including getting fees waved when possible. She is a true gem. I would recommend her to anyone needed an attorney.
