Seth R. Granda is an Associate Attorney with Cornelius & Collins in Nashville, Tennessee.Seth obtained his law degree from Belmont University College of Law. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in History with a minor in Political Science from Belmont University where he graduated cum laude. During his undergraduate studies, Seth was selected as the Policy Review Committee Chairman for the Student Government Association and inducted to the Phi Alpha Theta honor society.While in law school, Seth served on Belmont’s Board of Advocates and competed on its award-winning Health Law Moot Court Team. Seth also earned the Best Performance Award for Mass Media Law, was elected Vice President of the Health Law Society—which laid the groundwork for the Belmont Health Law Journal—and was recognized as a Peer Mentor for first year law students. Additionally, Seth worked throughout law school as a law clerk and field placement extern with the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office in various divisions including the Real Property, Medicaid Fraud and Integrity, and Consumer Protection and Advocate Divisions, respectively.Before working at Cornelius & Collins, Seth clerked for the Honorable Deanna B. Johnson and James G. Martin III, Judges for the Twenty-First Judicial District of Tennessee. Seth has also practiced law previously with regional law firms representing corporate clients in both state and federal litigation as well as in administrative matters.
