I contacted Mr. Sakis for a criminal case because I was referred to him and I regret it to be sure. He advertises employment and labor law. I wish I knew this as he gave me bad advise as far as what I should do regarding my criminal case. I hired him. He is not good in a courtroom setting. Makes the judge angry. After losing my case I worked as a "jailhouse lawyer". My experience with the law during a short term in prison has made me capable of doing a better job than Mr. Sakis did for me. He is not a criminal lawyer. He didn't even say to me "dont talk to the police or take a lie detector test". I know better now but its too late. Cannot recommend.

Sakis is absolutely the Worst Attorneys I have ever used. Yes, he looks experienced with his age and he has his son to help in the firm. However, once you pay down his retainer fee, he changes instantly. Every time you go to his office, he talks about everything else but your case. Then he charges you on his chat with big amount. He never report what is done, but drags the case on and on to continue to charge you. He also pulls you deeper into the stress you already have so that you feel like you have to use him in such a mess. He double changes you and over charges you, and I had to go to court to defend the so call "debt" he faked. Guess what? The judge ruled against his enormous charge and indicated it is not possible to take 20 hours to draft a two page thing. He wasted me $25000 and did NOTHING for my case other than making it worse. I was glad that I finally fired him and resolve my case by myself.

When you go to this man's office, you'll notice it's quite good. He had a nice secretary. He will get in touch with you. But, then notice the cosmetics. How much he cares about his teeth. He can't stop showing them to you. His large office which, space wise, makes no sense other than to say "Hire me, I can't take care of space." This spineless man is totally incompetent in regards to things. He gave me advice that almost threw me in jail. Eventually, I had to fire him. I'm so glad that I did. He will charge you way too much. A fee, but then more afterwards. He'll use pressure tactics during his consultation. He once said "We won't even take a Driver's license case if the person doesn't have a job." What does that tell you? This guy can't do anything remotely challenging. His advice will be about what clothes to wear. I really wanted to file a grievance against him and sue him in court for what he pulled, but I did get SOME of my money back, but it was like pulling teeth. Real teeth, not whatever the hell this bozo has.
