Mr. Legg was difficult to get updates from. Making contact or getting any response is near impossible. On two occasions he "forgot" to file motions in the case. His knowledge of witness location was in error. During a hearing he even found they were in custody. They served their time and were released before he got around to interviewing them. The last move was an appeal filing. His work was good enough to win the appeal. He has yet to notify the client well over a year later. The prosecution even stated they did not doubt the validity of the witness recantation but Mr. Legg has been unable to capitalize. We sought resolution and only found an emotional rollercoaster. While I will not question his intelligence in any way. His interest and work ethic in seeing our case through was very disappointing.
