Worst experience ever. Insufficient staff. They use outside attorneys, one of whom directly informed me that they often let cases fall through the cracks. Mine was one of those. Completely unprofessional and I am amazed they are still in business.

So one time I had someone call right back and claim to speak to the same girls on opening a new case and they got on the phone when I was told they weren't in..
