And did. 2- from signing a contract, submitting a retainer and sharing documents, he was available to ask questions and responded by phone or email within 24 hours (usually under an hour.) 3- he handed over his cell phone- AND ANSWERED IT. Once I called at 7:30 expecting to get voice mail and he answered. Exhibit B: Fast, efficient, positive results 1- He walked us through the options and executed our decisions immediately. 2- He got us our deposit AND damages back for the crazy bs that we origially weren't even aware of. 3- Check, please. Days after judgement= paid. Have I covered everything? Hm. IMHO, he's also a nice guy. Do yourself a favor, hire this dude. I wish we had sooner. Don't let that happen to you. When your plumbing screws up, do not get out a wrench, call a plumber. When you have landlord trouble, no not write letters, call Randy.
