I am a trial lawyer. I represent people, never corporations or insurance companies. I fight for people in criminal, famly and civil courts. Upon graduation from law school in 1988, I spent four years on active duty as a Navy JAG Officer. I represented hundreds of Sailors and Marines charged with everything from Unauthorized Absence to Murder. I then spent 17 years in the Navy Reserve and retired as a Commander (0-5). After spending six years as an Assitant Solicitor in the 13th Circuit, I went into private practice in Upstate South Carolina. I have been battling in court for y clients ever since. I represent folks charged with everything from DUI to Murde. I represent folks going through a divorce and custody disputes. I represent folks that have been injured and are seeking recovery. Amazing attorney! My case was very complicated. Randy handled it with an extremely professional manner, although at times I'm not sure how he kept his cool. He got me just what I wanted and needed in my divorce/custody case. He kept my children's best interest in mind and always advised me when needed. I would recommend him to anyone.
