Randy Arthur is a senior civil litigation attorney at Dunn Carney whose practice focuses on complex litigation and dispute resolution relating to commercial contracts, professional liability, and insurance matters.  Randy is also active in the community, serving as a Chair of the City of Lake Oswego Planning Commission, as Chair-Elect of the Executive Committee of the Oregon State Bar Diversity Section and as 2012  President of the Oregon Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI-Oregon).
