Randy Agnew has extensive trial and appellate experience in general civil litigation, representing individual and commercial clients in matters as diverse as bankruptcy litigation, business torts, fiduciary litigation, banking litigation, and various contract and property rights claims. Mr. Agnew has tried cases in state and federal courts and has successfully represented clients in the state and federal courts of appeal.
