Attorney Frails is a trustworthy, tough, and dependable lawyer. He has successfully litigated several cases for me and my wife. J. T. Walton
Do not see this attorney for any family law matters. I hired him based off a local radio advertisement. He took $2500 for a retainer and I paid him $5000 total in advance to take on my case with my non-custodial son's father. The court date came and passed and not he or anyone from his office contacted me to inform me of my court date. Since my estranged son's 1%er biker gangbanging father (which I have a domestic violence flag against on the child support order) showed up to court and has no money to hire an attorney, he asked if I could bring my son to his office so that my toddler son could meet him. I agree and right in front of my son's father he flipped on me, sided with my son's father with things I previously discussed with the attorney that the attorney magically could not remember in front of my son's father, then tried to draw up a visitation order on the spot which I refused to sign and insisted on sending out the order anyway. He stated that if I didn't want to sign it then fine, it'll go to court anyways. This may mean something to most people and nothing to very few; but both are Freemasons and both are retired U.S. Navy. You do the math.
