Greetings!My name is Ralph Slyster and I am an Attorney practicing in the great state of Pennsylvania. Although my office is located in Harrisburg, my firm, Woodburn Law, takes great pride in servicing all 4 corners of the Commonwealth. Our practice focuses keenly on Real Estate matters including transactions, litigation, and representing brokers a agents in front of the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs. We also help businesses of all sizes change their corporate form, and attain licensing from state boards.I started my career in Real Estate after college working for large property management companies as a sales and marketing consultant in the greater Philadelphia area. After several years I returned to my hometown of Mansfield Pennsylvania and worked as a licensed real estate salesperson before leaving to attend law school in Harrisburg.My background in real estate sales and management has helped me through my evolution of becoming and practicing as an attorney by giving me meaningful perspective and the ability to reflect on my practical experiences.During law school I had the opportunity to hone in my litigation skills, being mentored and working under seasoned litigators at the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, and the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General.Starting my career in private practice, I have once again found myself under the tutelage of an expert, my boss and managing partner is both revered and respected across the Commonwealth for all matters involving Real Estate. Here, we are growing a small practice and stive to provide expert level advocacy to our clients that range from Brokers, Realtors, Sellers, Buyers, and businesses. Our litigation practice is growing by the day, and transactional practice helps tow the line.Aside from being an Attorney, I am also a Title Agent, and Notary Public.
